The deal between you and Grahik.

These terms apply when you use Grahik — whether you run a business on it or join a queue at one. Grahik is operated by Grahik Technologies Pvt Ltd, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). By using Grahik you agree to them. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

1. What Grahik is

Grahik gives a walk-in business a public page, a live queue its customers can join from their phone, and a record of who it served and what it earned. We may add, change or retire features as the product grows; we will not remove a feature you rely on without notice inside the app.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to open an account or join a business's team.
Your account is tied to your mobile number. We sign you in with a one-time code rather than a password, so keep control of that number and do not share codes.
You are responsible for what is done under your account and for the people you add to your team. You choose what each of them may see.
One person, one account. Do not open an account for someone else without their knowledge.

3. Your customers' data

When you add a customer, import a list, or serve someone who joined your queue, you are collecting personal data about that person, and under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are the Data Fiduciary for it. Grahik is your Data Processor: we store and process that data only to provide the service to you, only as these terms and the Privacy Notice describe, and on no other instruction than yours.

By keeping customer records on Grahik you agree that:

You have the right to hold each record — the person gave it to you for the purpose of being served by your business, or otherwise lawfully.
You will use it for that purpose: recognising and serving your customers. Not for unsolicited marketing, not for sharing with anyone outside your business.
You will not import lists you bought, scraped or were given without the people on them knowing.
If a customer asks you to correct or erase their record, you will do it. If they ask us, we will pass the request to you and, if you do not act, act on it ourselves.
You will tell us at privacy@grahik.app if you learn that customer data from your account has been exposed.

We keep your customers' data on servers in India, with backups in Singapore, under the safeguards described in the Privacy Notice. We do not use it for our own purposes and we do not share it with other businesses.

4. Business pages and listings

What you publish on your page — name, address, services, prices, photos — is yours. You give us the right to display it on Grahik and in search results and shared links for as long as the page is live.
Publish only what you have the right to publish. No photos of other people's premises, no other businesses' names.
Some pages on Grahik were created by us from publicly available directory information before the owner signed up. If one of them is yours, you can claim it, or ask for it to be removed using the link on the page, and we will do so.

5. What you may not do

Use Grahik for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or spam anyone.
Join a queue under someone else's name, or in a name you do not intend to answer to.
Probe, scrape or overload the service, or try to reach data that is not yours.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

6. Availability and liability

Grahik is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — lost custom, lost profit — arising from your use of Grahik, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by writing to privacy@grahik.app; we will erase it as the Privacy Notice describes. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why. If we ever discontinue Grahik we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to take your records with you.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for a change that matters to you we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Grahik after that means you accept the new terms.
