Questions owners ask
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. You give them a token from your phone or counter, and they can follow the queue in any browser through a link. There is nothing for them to install and no account for them to create.
I already keep a notebook. Why change?
A notebook tells you today. Grahik keeps every visit, so it can tell you who came back, what they spent, and what you earned this week -- without you writing anything down twice.
Can my staff see how much I earn?
Only if you let them. Each team member gets their own access: you can give someone the queue without giving them your earnings, and change it whenever you want.
Does it handle cash as well as UPI?
Yes. Every completed visit records whether it was paid by cash or UPI, so your day's total reflects what actually came in.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, so there is no password for you or your staff to forget or share.
What if I want to leave?
You can ask us to remove your business at any time. Your data is yours, and there is no contract to exit -- it is a monthly subscription.
